Celebration Park Gets a Fresh New Look: What’s New at This Bayshore Arts District Favorite
By Renee & Tom - Casa Botanica · October 3, 2026
One of the most recognizable gathering spots in Naples’ Bayshore Arts District has a fresh new look.
Celebration Park Naples recently reopened after a September closure that allowed the waterfront venue to undergo a significant refresh. The goal was not to reinvent the place that locals and visitors have come to know, but to build on what has made it popular since it first opened in 2018: casual food, live music, drinks, waterfront views and an atmosphere that encourages people to stay awhile.
For guests staying at Casa Botanica, the timing could not be better. Celebration Park is right here in the Bayshore neighborhood, making it an easy choice when you want a casual afternoon or evening out without heading far from home.
More Than a Facelift
Calling the project a simple makeover may actually undersell what has changed.
Celebration Park closed throughout September while its team reworked several aspects of the guest experience. The improvements focus primarily on three areas: food and dining, beverages, and entertainment.
Visitors will notice changes almost as soon as they arrive. There is a new First Pour mobile bar experience near the entrance, along with a new lounge, play lawn and stage. Live-music seating has been upgraded, the waterfront bar has been refreshed, additional waterfront lounge areas have been created, and there is now a dedicated sunset deck. A new park map also helps visitors navigate the different areas of the property.
It all feels like a natural evolution for a place that was always about much more than grabbing something to eat.
A Bigger Emphasis on the Waterfront Experience
One of Celebration Park’s greatest assets has always been its location along Haldeman Creek. The refreshed design makes even more of that setting.
The expanded waterfront lounging areas and new sunset deck encourage guests to grab a drink, find a comfortable spot and enjoy one of those Southwest Florida evenings when there really is no reason to hurry.
Celebration Park describes itself as an open-air waterfront destination blending chef-driven food trucks, drinks and live music. Visitors can even arrive by boat, adding another distinctly Naples element to the experience.
For Casa Botanica guests, it is the kind of place that works especially well when you do not want to make elaborate plans. Go for a bite, stay for a cocktail, catch some music and suddenly an hour has turned into an evening.
Food Trucks Are Still Part of the Fun
Celebration Park may be evolving, but food trucks remain an important part of the experience.
The current lineup features a variety of cuisines, including Mediterranean and Greek favorites, chicken and comfort food, gourmet burgers and sandwiches, fresh seafood, and Mexican street food.
That variety is one of the reasons Celebration Park works so well for families and groups. One person can be craving tacos while someone else wants seafood or a burger, and no one has to agree on a single restaurant.
Grab what sounds good, find a table and meet back by the water. Easy.
Drinks Got an Upgrade, Too
The beverage experience was another focus of the renovation. Celebration Park refreshed its bar program with updated cocktail offerings while continuing to offer beer, wine and specialty drinks.
The addition of First Pour at the entrance is an especially fun touch. Rather than thinking of the bar simply as somewhere to order a drink, the new layout makes beverages part of the experience from the moment you arrive.
Pair that with waterfront seating and the new sunset deck, and Celebration Park seems determined to make “let’s just stop by for one drink” increasingly difficult to stick to.
Live Music Takes Center Stage
Live entertainment has long been part of Celebration Park, but the refreshed venue places even more emphasis on it.
There is a new stage, upgraded live-music seating and an expanded entertainment calendar expected to include local performers, concerts, family activities, community events, special dining experiences and collaborations throughout the year.
The venue's current events calendar highlights live local artists, sunset sessions, markets and other special events, so it is worth checking what is happening before heading over.
That expanded programming fits nicely with what is happening throughout Bayshore. The neighborhood continues to develop into an area where dining, arts, entertainment, recreation and community spaces increasingly overlap.
Another Sign of Bayshore’s Evolution
For those of us who love the Bayshore Arts District, Celebration Park’s refresh is exciting for another reason: it represents continued investment in the neighborhood.
Bayshore has been steadily developing its own identity within Naples. It is casual, colorful and a little more eclectic than many other parts of town. You can spend a morning exploring the nearby Naples Botanical Garden, enjoy the growing collection of restaurants and businesses along the Bayshore corridor, visit local art destinations, and end the day with food and live music along the water.
Celebration Park founder Rebecca Maddox has said the original vision was about more than simply creating somewhere to eat or have a drink. It was intended to be a place where people could gather and experience Naples differently. The latest improvements are designed to carry that concept into its next chapter.
That sense of community is one of the things that makes this corner of Naples special.
A Casa Botanica Favorite Just Got Even Better
One of the reasons we love the location of Casa Botanica Naples is how much there is to experience close to the house.
Celebration Park is exactly the kind of place we want our guests to know about. It is casual enough for an impromptu outing, interesting enough to make it a destination, and flexible enough to work for couples, families and groups of friends.
There is no complicated itinerary required. Pick a food truck. Order something cold to drink. Find a comfortable seat by the water. Listen to some music. Watch the sky change as the sun goes down.
Sometimes the best Naples evenings really are that simple.
And now, Celebration Park has a fresh new setting in which to enjoy them.
