No Smoking in any of the living areas inside or outside
Only guest's registered party may stay overnight on the property. Occupancy not to exceed limit of 9.
Do not send service providers away. They are contracted to come on specific days and charge for return trips.
No pets allowed on property without prior approval and payment
Return everything to where you found it so that future guests may also enjoy all the things we provide
Do not leave any food out on the counter or anywhere else. We do not want to invite any insects/bugs into the house. Ensure doors are closed to keep out unwanted guests.

Overnight Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing.
If you paid for Pool Heating, the temparature is set to 86 degrees for the entirety of your stay. DO NOT adjust any of the pool controls including heater.
Do not spray sunscreen inside the home.

Door Entry Lock
You will receive your door code via email prior to check-in. It will remain active during your stay and will expire at check out time.
To Unock Door: Enter it followed by the check mark to open the door.
To Lock Door: push the YALE button.

Televisions
Televisions: TV Remotes should be in each room with matched tvs. - There are basic channels for viewing.

You can also watch any of your own cloud based streaming services on all tvs. IMPORTANT: Be sure to sign out of any of your personal accounts before check out. We cannot be responsible for any charges from your service provider as a result of failure to sign out of your accounts.

The AC is controlled via a Nest Thermostat.

Turn dial to the left to lower temperature and right to increase it.

Leave doors and windows closed to avoid AC issues.

Do not turn temperature below 70 as it may cause system to freeze up and stop working.

Recommend turning fans on to help circulation and temperature

If you turn the heat on, don’t be alarmed by a “burning” smell, Because heaters aren’t used often, dust builds up on coils and the smell is the dust burning off.

Please don't put soap, bubble bath, bath salts, etc. in the spa and/or pool

The pool is serviced once a week. Please don't tell the pool technician to come back another time. The service is essential for the pool/spa to operate properly and will only take a maximum of 30 minutes

This home has a fire pit. Please ensure you extinguish any fires/flames before you leave the vicinity of the fire pit. We don't provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at Home Depot or Publix.

IMPORTANT: from time to time during draughts Collier County implements a ‘burn restriction' in which case you will not be allowed to use the fire pit. It is not only dangerous but it can also cost you up to $15,000 fine by the city.

Comes once per week to take care of mowing and lawn care
Pool Service
Comes once per week for water balancing and quick clean (typically Thursdays)
Cleaning Service
Comes after check-out. If you wish to purchase a cleaning visit during stay, we may be able to help arrange that with advance notice. You would be responsible for paying the cleaning vendor directly for that additional service.
Garbage Removal
Garbage is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up on Mondays. Please put trash/recycle bins out a street the evening before and bring them back up after pick-up service.
